Can't Buy Love

In the midst of dealing with a narcissist with personality disorder and borderline bi-polar disorder, it's difficult to know exactly how to handle them.  The BEST way is to  go NO CONTACT. Hopefully, in time, my children will realize this fact as well.  I pray that they'll realize that when he tries to buy their love or tries to bully them into loving him, they'll walk away creating a healthy boundary for themselves so that they can have PEACE in their lives.

Sometimes a cloud can be out of place, or maybe you've just breathed wrong and BAM, you've been verbally slapped up along side of your head once again even though you've done nothing wrong.  You don't have to be in the same room, the same town or even the same state for this to happen.  You can be minding your own business, having a perfectly beautiful day and SUDDENLY you're today's whipping post.  These are the scars that can't be seen with the human eye, but cut much deeper than many physical wounds.

To explain this behavior to other rational people is taxing.  They haven't been through it, thankfully, and simply can't wrap their rational mind around the irrational behavior.  That's the reason I needed a year of therapy and sometimes consider going back for more therapy.  So how can someone else, WITHOUT therapy, even BEGIN to understand the craziness of it all?  The answer?  You can't.

If you have someone like this in your life, I pray that you'll be brave enough to WALK AWAY and go NO CONTACT.  

God's Word says in the New Life Version of the Bible:
John 10:10 

The robber comes only to steal and to kill and to destroy. I came so they might have life, a great full life.

God wants us to have a great full life.  He says nothing about wanting us to live in misery.  

I pray that you can live a happy, fulfilling life enjoying each and every day and not live in misery.
